How to claim a Vermont Lottery prize
Prize claims depend on the amount won:
- Up to $499: Claim at an authorized Vermont Lottery retailer or Vermont Lottery Headquarters with your signed winning ticket.
- $500 to $5,000: Claim at an M&T Bank location in Vermont during lottery office business hours.
- More than $5,000: Winners must claim the prize in person at Vermont Lottery Headquarters.
For larger prizes, winners need a signed ticket, government-issued photo ID and completed claim form. All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
