To submit a claim through the mail:
- Sign the back of your winning ticket.
- Complete a lottery claim form.
- Include:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of your Social Security number or Federal Tax ID.

Winning tickets worth $25,000 or less may also be redeemed at Maryland Lottery headquarters and select Maryland casinos. Non-resident and resident aliens with tax ID numbers beginning with "9" cannot redeem prizes over $600 at casinos. Guests must be 21 or older to enter casino properties.
